Cook

As Cook, you will work closely with the F&B team and you will be responsible for:
• supporting the Chef and follow his/her guidance regarding the smooth operation of the kitchen, following the Next Generation concept design;
• preparation of breakfast, all-day dining and conference lunches, following the mandated brand framework or specific instructions from the Chef;
• performing preparatory work such as washing, cutting, (pre) cooking, mixing / stirring, etc.
• proper use of MerryChefs;
• implementing and maintaining the strictest controls of food safety/health & safety to ensure statutory compliance.
